PAYMENT OPTION POLICY
Faux Tan Lotions accepts all major credit cards Discover, Master Card, Visa and American Express. We also accept payment by Money Order, Personal check, ( We ship after the check clears your bank ). At Faux Tan we use Itransact using SSL to process your credit card information in real time. Credit card information that is used to process your order is never released for any reason.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are in stock and orders placed by 3:00 PM (CST) will be shipped the same day. Out of stock items will be shipped within 2-5 days. Standard shipping method is U.S.P.S Priority Mail, shipping is calculated automatically by weight. UPS Delivery by Request or on Large orders. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address. Priority Mail will be used for all Continental U.S. P.O. Box addresses and all orders from ALASKA and HAWAII.

RETURN POLICY
If we inadvertently send you the wrong product, please do not open the bottle. We will ask you to send it back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.

If you receive a damaged product, contact us by E-mail.

For safety reasons we do not accept returned lotions. You wouldn't want to purchase a lotion that had been returned to us would you? Be sure you know what you buying! Some lotions are hot and have a tingle or bronzers that can stain you hands if you don't wipe wit a damp rag after application and are not for everyone.

Please double check your choices before placing your order. We reserve the right to charge extra for shipping if an order does come back to us due to customer providing the wrong mailing address.

Please double check your mailing address! WE SHIP BY THE U.S. MAIL. We do not sell mailing lists to anybody. We respect your privacy.

Any Item refused or returned because of wrong address by the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
